I forgot to pick up the parcel
If you do not collect your package on time, the package will be returned to us. We will then refund your order.* However, we will deduct the shipping costs associated with the return. This way, you pay for the return even if you forgot to pick up the package.
*We do not issue refunds on items with custom touches. This applies, for example, to our named altimeter and our table map.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, bank transfers and e-wallets. Detailed information about available payment methods can be found on the payment page of our website.

Delivery
We usually try our best to provide fast delivery. The delivery time is usually indicated under the specific product. If delivery is made outside Denmark or the European Union, the delivery time will increase by several days. If you order several different items with different delivery times, the delivery time will be the same as the item with the longest delivery time.
Most products are packed the same business day if ordered before 1pm and shipped the next business day. Complex products and bulk orders take a little longer to produce. Detailed information about delivery and costs can be found on the delivery page of our website.
How to hang the product?
A suitable amount of adhesive will be sent with which you can hang the products on the possible wall. There is no guarantee that the adhesive will actually hold our products to your wall. This is due to the fact that surfaces can be different and complex.
Can I order personalized items with a name or logo?
Yes, we offer personalization services. You can order items with a name, logo or other custom engraving. Contact us to discuss your personalization needs and we will endeavor to produce this product for you.
Can items personalized with a name or logo be returned or exchanged?
Items personalized with a name or logo cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or do not meet your specifications. We recommend that you check the information carefully before ordering to avoid errors.
Why does the product smell burnt?
Some of our products are made by laser cutting products from a single piece of wood. Therefore, the product acquires a black border and may have a burning smell. The smell decreases over time.
Why should I be careful when opening a package?
Some of our products may be very fragile. This could be, for example, our name plates/cards. Since this is a coherent text that has fragile parts. That's why we do everything to package your order as best as possible. Once you receive your nameplate, it is attached using tape. The tape must be removed with great care so as not to damage the sign.
How to write information correctly?
Remember that table cards print exactly as you enter them. Taking into account capital letters, spaces, hyphens. We do not correct errors, as we may not know the correct spelling of your text.
What are the ways to care for wood products?
Caring for wood products is quite simple. To preserve their beauty and durability, it is recommended to avoid exposure to moisture and extreme temperatures, and periodically wipe them with a dry soft cloth. To maintain the natural shine, you can use special oils or wax for wood.
