Delivery of individual orders
We understand that each of our customers is unique and their needs are different. That's why we take pride in providing a tailor-made delivery service that suits your individual wishes. Below you will find information about our delivery process and what to expect when you order a product created especially for you.
Made to order process
Order : Your order is the beginning of the whole process. You select a product and indicate your preferences such as size, color and other specifications.
Manufacturing : After receiving your order, our experienced craftsmen begin manufacturing your product. This involves a careful creation process using quality materials and excellent craftsmanship.
Quality control : Every customized product goes through strict quality control to ensure it meets your expectations and our standards.
Packaging : After passing quality control, your product is packed in protective materials to ensure its safety during transport.
Waiting time and delivery
Items may take some time to make to order, depending on the complexity and details of the order. We always try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but we do not compromise on quality. Approximately, the goods will be dispatched within 1 to 3 days . Large orders are discussed individually.
All orders are automatically confirmed (via email) and you will be notified by email within a maximum of 5 hours on weekdays if there are problems with the shipment (out of stock items).
Once production and quality control have been completed, your product is ready for delivery. We work with reliable delivery services to ensure that your item reaches you in the best condition and on time. We send goods via GLS, DAO, or PostNord Denmark and they can be tracked in their Track&Trace system. You will receive an e-mail with your package number when we ship your order. You can come in person to pick up the goods at the store in Ullerslev or Kerteminde (by agreement).
Delivery within the EU is carried out using GLS. Delivery time 7-10 days, depending on the country.
Individual delivery
We also take into account your shipping preferences. You can indicate in "comments" the delivery method that suits you, as well as an address and delivery time that suits your schedule.
