Information about complaints, guarantees and returns


Warranty for wooden products

We guarantee the quality of all our wooden products for 2 years. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or product. You can repair, exchange, refund or reduce the price, depending on your specific situation. The complaint does not cover errors or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” of discovering the defect. If you find any defects related to materials or workmanship, please contact us. Depending on the nature of the problem and the product, we will provide you with the following options:
 
Repair: We will provide repair or replacement of the product if technically feasible and consistent with the warranty policy.

Returns: If repair is not possible, we will offer you an exchange or refund. Please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount. Rayzer.dk will not refund shipping costs associated with purchases or returns. We may delay refunds until we receive the item back.

Exchange: Exchange of an item for a similar item: If you find that the item you purchased does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it for a similar item or item of the same class within 14 days of purchase. To initiate the exchange process, contact our support team. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and solve your problem as soon as possible. For a successful exchange, the item must be in unused and original condition. The original packaging must also be retained. The cost of shipping goods for exchange is borne by the customer, unless the exchange occurs due to defects in the goods or an error on the part of the seller.

 Complaint and return policy


If you have any problems with our wood products or services, please contact us as soon as possible to begin the complaint process. We are committed to providing you with quality service and solving your problem in the following ways:

 
Contact: Contact our support team to report the problem and receive the necessary instructions for filing a complaint.

 
You have a 14-day right of return/rejection. But not for specially manufactured goods. The period is calculated from the date of receipt of the order.

 

The right of refusal does not apply to:


- Products manufactured to customer specifications according to your wishes. They cannot be exchanged or taken back.
 
- Services provided, if the provision of the service began with the prior explicit consent of the consumer and the recognition that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
 
- Providing digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance began with the prior explicit consent of the consumer and his confirmation, he thereby loses his right of refusal.
 
- Products that quickly deteriorate or become obsolete.
 

Notice must be sent by email to info@rayzer.dk. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The item must be returned in its original packaging and any protective packaging must not have been tampered with. You cannot cancel your subscription by simply refusing to receive the product without notifying Us.

Preparing for Returns/Exchanges: If a product return or exchange is necessary, please follow our packaging and shipping instructions. A copy of the order confirmation must be attached to the parcel. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must bear the direct costs of return.
